Correspondences to the Trump Administration
The United Nations Charter, Chapter VI: Pacific Settlement of Disputes Article 1 states that "parties to any dispute, the continuous of which is likely to endanger international peace and security, shall seek a solution by negotiation, enquiry, mediation, conciliation, and arbitration before judicial settlement." This is the reason for these letters from the Sultan, to find a peaceful political solution to a dispute that threatens peace and security in Morocco.
On 10 January 2025, the Government sent the Sultans first letter to President Trump in an attempt to begin negotiations byway of enquiry to arrive at an amicable solution, but to no avail.
On 11 March 2025 the Sultan sent his second letter to mediate disputes between U.S. colonial states and internal Moorish states seeking to arrive at a place of mutual respect for the sovereignty of our respective nations, but once again was met with silence.
On 18 April 2025 the Sultan sent his third letter for conciliation, following the instructions set forth by the UN Charter, proving that the Empire and the Sultan are seeking a peaceful remedy to what has become extraterritoriality.
On 15 may 2025 the Empire sent the Sultan’s fourth letter of arbitration, warning the Trump Administration of the judicial settlement to come based on the evidence of judicial overreach exercised by the lower courts and the US Federal Government ignoring such egregious violations.
All correspondences to President Trump were met with silence, allowing the criminal activity of their lower courts to continue. The Moorish Authorities of the Empire along with the Judicial Branch has been gathering evidence of extraterritoriality by their lower courts. And the Trump Administration ignoring the Sultan’s letters and therefore his demands combined will serve as the ultimate evidence needed to achieve a favorable judgment at the International Court of Justice.
